The Dock development is part of a major regeneration scheme in Hull’s Fruit Market, adjacent to the historic Central Dry Dock. The development will offer 85,000 sqft of office space in a range of sizes to suit every business, from start-ups to major corporates, our works involved the external structural framing system (SFS) and weather defence boarding.
