Cottingham Manor Care Home was a new development, working with the main contractor a comprehensive Passive Fire Survey was carried out and in conjunction with Building Control progressed with the Fire Stopping as the Construction works progressed, our works also involved fitting fire curtains and cavity barrier's to create the necessary barrier within the roof space. On completion of the 1276 fire stopping seals, a Passive Fire Register was issued.
